Very frustrating since I am a volunteer at our church and not an IT geru. I have tried to get them to use shadow login processes (e.g., TeamViewer) to view/investigate my environment on their own but they won't do that. You no longer have to manually download the Bible installer file and run the installer to add Bibles to ProPresenter.
It gets overwhelming and is a significant amount of work. I wish the root cause could be found.Įverytime I ask for support, the RenewedVision support is friendly enough but they ask me for so much diagnostic information (and then want me to create a new user account and run from it (and recreate much of our content so I can reproduce the problem)). So I normally try to get all of my content ready to go and then make no real-time adjustments (if possible). I have learned to "live with it" for now. each update I hope for a fix, but so far no avail (that includes v7.13). It happened twice this morning right before our servce started. It seems to happen most often when I am utilizing aspects of the program while others are running (e.g., creating Bible slides while running announcement layer). Our symptom is frozen displays even though the announcement layer keeps switching slides (but the actual screen displays are stuck/frozen).
